For contractors · managed growth direction

Build the business
behind the work.

You do not need to be a large contractor before FairBuiltCT can help.

FairBuiltCT is designed for painters, builders, remodelers, and other tradespeople who want a more credible, organized, professionally supported business presence—without pretending that future systems are already live.

Built for Fairfield County contractors · Greater New Haven · Westchester County
Why FairBuiltCT

Practical support for the business you are building toward.

FairBuiltCT is intended to help everyday contractors develop a clearer online presence and more organized business structure. The direction is premium, but the invitation is not reserved for contractors who are already large, wealthy, or “elite.”

Managed websites with continuing support.

A contractor website should remain useful after launch. FairBuiltCT’s direction includes professional presentation, routine updates, lead-capture tools, and ongoing improvements within the selected package allowance.

Support that connects the visible and operational sides of the business.

The intended relationship can include digital-presence help, content assistance, business organization, and a future connection to contractor-app tools—clearly separated from anything not active today.

  • Professional managed websites
  • Routine website maintenance
  • Lead-capture direction

Managed support, with boundaries

Routine work is part of the relationship. Major work is discussed first.

What routine website support means

Within the approved package allowance, the direction includes maintaining the managed website, making approved text and photo updates, supporting lead capture, and continuing planned improvements appropriate to the selected package.

Final allowance and service terms will be confirmed before enrollment opens.

What may require a separate written quote

FairBuiltCT will not hide expanded-scope work inside a monthly plan. Depending on the final service agreement, the following may require separate written approval:

  • Complete redesigns or major custom development
  • Custom applications and advanced integrations
  • Paid advertising spend
  • Professional photography or video
  • Large-scale copywriting or extensive branding work
  • Work outside the approved package allowance
Coming later

Operate will bring future organization tools into one contractor-facing package.

Operate is separate from the Build and Grow launch packages. It is not currently available, its systems are not active, and contractors cannot enroll in it today.
