FairBuiltCT operates this informational website. Form previews do not transmit or store information, and the website does not process online enrollment, payments, accounts, uploads, or contractor matching.
1. Acceptance of these terms
By using this website, you agree to these Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the website.
2. Informational purpose
Website content describes FairBuiltCT’s services, service areas, and contractor packages. It is not a binding offer, professional advice, estimate, contract, warranty, or guarantee. Final service details, availability, prices, allowances, cancellation terms, and legal terms are established in a separate written agreement when services are accepted.
3. Website forms
Form previews operate only in the visitor’s browser. Completing a preview does not submit a homeowner request or contractor application and does not create an account, enrollment, subscription, payment, customer relationship, or obligation for either party. Service arrangements are confirmed separately and in writing.
4. Homeowner and contractor relationships
When FairBuiltCT facilitates an introduction, it helps homeowners and contractors evaluate a potential fit. Unless a later written agreement states otherwise, contractors will remain independent businesses responsible for their own licensing, insurance, estimates, contracts, schedules, workmanship, employees, taxes, and legal compliance. FairBuiltCT will not be a party to the construction contract between a homeowner and contractor.
5. No guaranteed outcomes
Website access does not guarantee a contractor match, lead, job, customer, revenue, availability, project acceptance, price, schedule, or result. Any future opportunity will depend on factors such as service area, trade, project fit, demand, qualifications, and availability.
6. Contractor packages
Build and Grow package descriptions explain the services FairBuiltCT offers contractors. Operate is not currently available. Packages cannot be purchased directly through this website. Final scope, pricing, allowances, ownership terms, and service terms are confirmed in a separate written agreement.
7. Acceptable use
You may use the site only for lawful purposes. You may not attempt to disrupt it, access nonpublic systems, introduce malicious code, misrepresent your identity or affiliation, scrape the site in a way that interferes with its operation, or use its content to deceive others.
8. Intellectual property
The FairBuiltCT name, website design, text, graphics, and other original materials are owned by FairBuiltCT or used with permission. You may view the website for personal or internal business evaluation, but you may not copy, republish, sell, or create misleading derivatives without permission.
9. Third-party services and links
Third-party links or resources are provided for convenience. FairBuiltCT does not control and is not responsible for their content, availability, security, or privacy practices.
10. Disclaimers
The website is provided “as is” and “as available” to the extent permitted by law. FairBuiltCT does not warrant uninterrupted access, error-free content, or suitability for a particular project or business decision. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or responsibilities that cannot legally be excluded.
11. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, FairBuiltCT will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from use of—or inability to use—the informational website. This limitation does not apply where prohibited by law.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
13. Changes
FairBuiltCT may update the website and these terms as services develop. The effective date will be revised when updated terms are published. Separate service agreements may apply when active services become available.
14. Contact
